Meet The Creator: From Fearful To Fearless

Hi, I’m Ashley — equestrian, trainer, horsewoman, and the creator behind Beyond Breath & Bridle.

I created The Fearless Rider Toolkit because I know what it feels like to love riding deeply… while also struggling silently with fear, anxiety, tension, self-doubt, or the pressure to “just push through it.”

After experiencing my own setbacks and rebuilding confidence in the saddle, I realized something important:

Most riders aren’t lacking skill.
They’re riding with overwhelmed nervous systems.

So many equestrians are carrying stress, fear, perfectionism, and disconnection into the saddle without ever being taught how to regulate their body, calm their mind, or rebuild trust within themselves.

That’s why I created Beyond Breath & Bridle — a space where horsemanship meets nervous system support, confidence work, mindfulness, and connection.

My goal is to help riders feel:

  • clearer in their mind

  • more connected to their horse
